Mem'ries...like the corner of my mind

Last one of the day, I promise!

Remember when...

Here are the directions:

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments

TOO MANY MEMORIES!!
First off, yes, I do remember that Hallmark card comment. I wasn't hurt by your posting, I laughed.
Second, I have LOADS of memories with you, but I suppose a favorite would be the lame after school get together in middle school were we went to Office Max, got fake nails, and hung out at your house (It wasn't lame in that I was bored...It was lame because we had SO much fun in Office Max!)
Good luck with your new school year! I still have a month or so, but I'm already still getting those back to school jitters.
Love ya!

I have a lot of memories of you,but the one I am going to share is when we were visiting Arizona, and you took us to your school to see your Kindergarten room, I remember thinking what lucky little kids to have such a fun teacher!! And in response to your comment, I was just getting prepared with all the baby clothes!

Can I just mention a fabulous memory that happened not too long ago on the bus, subway, whatever you want to call it in San Diego. Hmm I think it involved a nasty old man and a pole. Oh, Katie I just love the randomness of our memories....

There are too many to choose from! One that I remembered today was one summer in high school. We washed your mom's van at the car wash and then we went searching for Scott Barnes house to do a drive-by! It was on that little hidden street in the Downs and it took us forever to find! I don't know why that memory sticks out but it was a lot of fun!!! And of course, who could forget, "I like you...you're not a poopy-head!" Good times!!!

For Lauren: Ha, ha! That is one of my favorite days ever! I remember listening to Barenaked Ladies in your pretty white with red stripe Festiva. Ah, the good ole days...

For Abbey: Spiral perming your hair with a perm-in-a-box before I moved to Arizona. I did an awesome job, too!

For Lorraine: What do you think Scott would say if he knew that I'd stalked him? Man he was cute! Freezing on choir tour at Disneyland. Remember how I had a crush on Steve and Laura stole him out from under me? Grrrr.

Wow.... 26 years to cover:) I have so many fun memories of when you guys came to visit us....dinosaur land, jumping on the trampoline, dying easter eggs in the backyard, going to the drive-in movie.... Right after you lined Jeff up with Lorraine, Glen and I came to visit in Arizona and all of us sat around to listen while you called Lorraine to get the up-date after she got home from her date with Jeff:). Thanks to you, we got to add another great daughter to our family:)

Heather: One Shot at Smith's Cousins Camp. I believe that was the highlight of the camp for me. Outside on grandma's back porch before it got too dark.

Kathy: Alright, I remember all those! Most memorable is jumping on your trampoline with the sprinkler under it. It's too bad I didn't get to those grandkids of yours to show them how it's done before they drilled holes...

Brigitte: Totally! Right? I promise we'll have some memories at some point. It's gotta happen.

Remember when I just barely met you at Bunko and then had the gall to actually go to your blog and leave you a comment. That was rad.
